Ryan Sullivan (Dorado, Puerto Rico) and Bryan Adams (Loch Lloyd, Missouri) have applied to establish the Sullivan/Adams Control Group to acquire voting shares of Orrick Financial Corporation and thereby indirectly acquire voting shares of TBO Bank, both of Orrick, Missouri. This notice announces that application and opens it for public inspection and comment.
