New Auction Fees on NYSE Texas
If you trade in auctions on NYSE Texas, starting May 19, 2025 you must pay new fees. For securities priced at or above $1.00 per share the fees are $0.0015 per share for Opening Orders, $0.0012 per share for Closing Orders, and $0.0006 per share for other auction executions; for securities priced below $1.00 the fee is 0.10% of trade value. These rates apply to Tape A, B, and C symbols in all trading sessions and the rule defines which order types (Opening Orders, Closing Orders, Auction Orders) are covered.
