New $0.0005/Share Routing Fee
If you are a trader, broker-dealer, or ETP Holder who routes Primary Only (PO) orders in Tape B securities priced at or above $1.00 to NYSE Texas for the opening or closing auction, the Exchange will charge a fee of $0.0005 per share. This fee takes effect May 19, 2025.
No Credit for Liquidity-Adding PO Orders
If you route PO orders in Tape B securities to NYSE Texas that add liquidity, the Exchange will not provide any credit for those orders. This no-credit policy applies to PO Orders routed for execution in NYSE Texas opening or closing auctions and takes effect May 19, 2025.
