NIH schedules closed virtual grant reviews

The NIH Center for Scientific Review will hold multiple closed virtual meetings on specific dates in July 2025 (including July 9, 10, 11, 14, and 15) to review and evaluate grant applications. These meetings cover several study sections and RFAs (for example, Analytics and Statistics for Population Research; Translational Aging Research UG3; U01 Clinical Trial Review; HEAL K99; Informatics Tools for the Pangenome).

Meetings closed to protect confidential material

The meetings will be closed to the public under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) to protect confidential trade secrets, commercial property (such as patentable material), and personal information about individuals associated with the grant applications. Because of this, the grant review discussions and applications will not be open for public attendance.
