New Mahwah-to-Floor Connectivity Fees
On April 7, 2025 the NYSE exchanges proposed adding new fees for connectivity from the Mahwah Data Center to one or more trading floors. If approved, traders and trading firms that use those connections would face new connectivity charges that could raise their operating costs. The SEC extended its review and will act on the proposals by July 27, 2025, so no fee changes are final yet.
