Cboe C2 is offering a One‑Minute Interval Intraday Open‑Close Report that captures and reports trading activity every 1 minute and will be delivered to subscribers within about 2–5 minutes after each one‑minute snapshot. The Exchange says the first intraday update would be available by approximately 9:34 a.m. ET (covering 9:30–9:31 a.m.), and the product is available for purchase by both C2 Trading Permit Holders (TPHs) and non‑TPHs.
Report Is C2‑Only Proprietary Data
The One‑Minute Intraday Open‑Close Report is proprietary Exchange trade data that covers trading activity on C2 only and does not include trade data from any other exchange. The report provides volume summaries by origin, side (buy/sell), transaction type (opening/closing), and trade size buckets but is not a consolidated market feed.
Voluntary Product; Fees To Be Filed
The Exchange states the One‑Minute Intraday Open‑Close Report is a voluntary product that subscribers may purchase on an ad‑hoc basis, and the Exchange intends to submit a separate rule filing to establish fees for the report. The Exchange also notes the product is optional and available to anyone who chooses to subscribe.
