License Surrender and Equipment Removal

Sugar River Hydro II filed to surrender the license for Project No. 10934-035. The licensee proposes to disconnect all generator leads, remove transformers and other electrical equipment, remove hydraulic and governor fluids and reservoirs, remove project operating equipment and monitors, secure the powerhouse, and close the penstock at its intake; the dam and gates would remain in place with an emergency backup generator.
