New Monthly Dedicated Core Fees
If you use more than two Dedicated Cores on Cboe EDGX, you will pay monthly fees: $650 per core for cores 3–15, $850 per core for cores 16–30, and $1,050 per core for 31 or more. For example, 16 Dedicated Cores would cost $9,300 per month as shown in the Exchange's example.
BOE Port Fees Still Apply ($550/month)
The Exchange's current BOE logical port fee of $550 per port per month remains applicable and unchanged, and port fees will continue to be assessed on the first two Dedicated Cores provided at no additional Dedicated Core fee. That $550 monthly port charge remains in effect.
Two Dedicated Cores Provided Free
All Users may receive up to two Dedicated Cores at no additional Dedicated Core fee. Users who stay within one or two Dedicated Cores will not be charged the per-core Dedicated Core monthly fees.
Members' Dedicated Core Cap Increased
The Exchange increased the maximum number of Dedicated Cores a Member may purchase to 120 Dedicated Cores, effective December 1, 2024. Sponsoring Members remain limited to a maximum of 35 Dedicated Cores for each Sponsored Access relationship.
Monthly Dedicated Core Fees Are Not Prorated
The Exchange will assess monthly Dedicated Core fees in full and will not prorate those monthly fees. If you purchase Dedicated Cores for any part of a month, the full monthly fee will apply.
