USDA $4.63M NCDFI Relending Fund
If you live on Tribal Land in a rural area and are low- or very low-income, the USDA is funding loans through Native Community Development Financial Institutions (NCDFIs) for FY 2025. The Rural Housing Service has $4,630,000 available to lend to eligible NCDFIs, which will relend funds to help you acquire, build, rehabilitate, improve, or relocate a dwelling.
NCDFI Applicants Bear Application Costs
If you are an eligible NCDFI applying for the FY 2025 Relending Demonstration Program, you are responsible for any expenses you incur in developing your application. The notice states applicants must cover their own application development costs.
