10 Gb Port Monthly Fee Rises
If you are a trader or firm that buys a 10 Gb physical port from Cboe C2, the monthly fee increases from $7,500 to $8,500 per port, effective upon filing on July 29, 2025. That means each 10 Gb port will cost $1,000 more per month starting immediately.
Single 10 Gb Port Covers Affiliates
A single 10 Gb physical port on Cboe C2 can be used to access C2's affiliated exchanges and Cboe continues to charge only one monthly fee per 10 Gb port regardless of how many affiliate exchanges are accessed. This one-fee rule remains in effect after the fee increase.
1 Gb Port Fee Remains Unchanged
Cboe C2 continues to charge $2,500 per month for a 1 Gb physical port and that monthly fee is not changing under this filing. Market participants with modest capacity needs can continue to purchase the 1 Gb port at $2,500 per month.
