FERC prepared a final supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the Texas LNG Project in Brownsville to address a court remand about impacts on communities with environmental justice concerns and use of an air quality monitor. The court opinion was issued August 6, 2024, the Commission's prior Order on Remand was April 21, 2023, and the court partially granted rehearing on March 18, 2025; the SEIS was prepared as part of Commission consideration under docket CP16-116.
