20% Temporary Discount on Historical Reports
From July 29, 2025 through September 30, 2025, anyone (Members or non-Members) who makes an ad-hoc purchase of $20,000 or more of historical U.S. Equity Short Volume and Trade Reports receives a 20% discount. The discount is applied order-by-order to the total purchase once the $20,000 minimum is met, cannot be combined with other discounts, and the Exchange gives the example that a $25,000 qualifying order would be discounted to $20,000.
Existing Monthly Pricing for Short Volume Data
The Short Volume Report is available for purchase by Members and non-Members on an annual or monthly basis; the historical data fee is $500 per month, while the end-of-day/end-of-month report monthly fees are $750 per Internal Distributor and $1,250 per External Distributor. These stated fees apply to users who subscribe or buy the reports.
Display-Only Use Restriction on Historical Data
The historical Short Volume Report is provided only for display use redistribution: users may display the data on their platform but may not charge separately for the data or incorporate it into their own product. This restriction applies to purchasers of historical data.
