Monthly Fee for Limited Underwriters
Starting August 5, 2025, registered brokers or dealers approved as Limited Underwriting Members will be charged $200 per month beginning in the month their application is approved. That equals $2,400 per year for each Limited Underwriting Member.
Exemption from Other NYSE Fees; Lower Than Nasdaq
The Exchange states that Limited Underwriting Members would not be subject to any other NYSE American Exchange fees. The $200 monthly fee equals $2,400 annually and the filing notes it is lower than Nasdaq's comparable structure (Nasdaq: $5,000 annual fee plus a $2,000 application fee).
