NSCC Drops 'Other Transactions' Fee

The fee collection totaled $27.2 million (0.24% of the $11.24 billion daily average Clearing Fund) in 2024; NSCC filed the change on August 7, 2025 and said it will implement the change and announce the effective date within 60 business days after Commission approval.
