Public comment deadlines set for FERC dockets
If you want to comment or intervene in the listed FERC dockets, the Commission set filing deadlines at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on these dates: August 29, 2025 (for two AEP Texas securities supplements), September 9, 2025; September 10, 2025; and September 11, 2025. You must file protests, interventions, or other responses by those exact dates to participate as a party.
Multiple tariff and rate filings list effective dates
The notice lists tariff and rate filings that state proposed effective dates: Nevada Power Company filings to be effective July 1, 2024; a Duke Energy ministerial filing effective April 1, 2024; Emily Solar MBR effective August 21, 2025; multiple wind, solar, and storage Market-Based Rate (MBR) applications and PJM amendments effective October 21, 2025; and a California ISO tariff clarification effective November 19, 2025. These filings are identified as having those effective dates in the filings submitted to FERC.
