New $455/Month Drop-Copy Port Fee

If your firm uses drop copy ports to receive trade confirmations or execution reports, NYSE Texas will charge $455 per drop copy port per month starting August 20, 2025. Only one fee applies per drop copy port even if you receive drops from multiple sources, the fee is prorated to trading days in the billing month, and no fee applies for backup-datacenter ports that are duplicative of another port for the same user.

New Charging Rules for Entry Ports

NYSE Texas will change how it charges the existing $455 per order/quote entry port per month effective August 20, 2025: ports in a backup datacenter are not charged if they are not used in the billing month or if they are used only when the primary datacenter is unavailable; a backup port used while the primary datacenter is available will be charged. Monthly fees for order/quote entry ports are also prorated to the number of trading days (including scheduled early-closing days) that the port is connected.
