SEC May Allow Main Street Funds to Co‑Invest
Main Street Capital Corporation and listed affiliates asked the SEC for an order under sections 17(d) and 57(i) and rule 17d-1 to allow certain business development companies and closed-end management investment companies to co-invest in the same portfolio companies and with certain affiliated investment entities.
