10‑Year Export Ban for Alvarado

Jessica Alvarado is denied export privileges for 10 years from her conviction. From the date of this Order until April 18, 2034 (conviction date April 18, 2024), she may not directly or indirectly participate in any transaction involving items subject to the Export Administration Regulations, including applying for or using any export license or license exception.

Revocation of BIS Licenses

Any Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) licenses or authorizations in which Jessica Alvarado had an interest at the time of her conviction have been revoked. Those licenses are canceled effective immediately as part of the denial order.

Related Entities Subject To Order

Any person, firm, corporation, or business organization related to Jessica Alvarado by ownership, control, position of responsibility, affiliation, or other connection in trade may also be made subject to the Order to prevent evasion. BIS may apply the Order’s provisions to related entities to stop attempts to circumvent the denial.

Ban on Third‑Party Exports For Denied Person

No person or entity may export, reexport, transfer, finance, facilitate acquisition for, obtain from, or service items subject to the Regulations for or on behalf of the Denied Person. The Order specifically bars actions such as exporting to or for Alvarado, facilitating her acquisition of regulated items, obtaining regulated items from her with knowledge of export intent, or servicing regulated items owned or controlled by her.
