10% Fee Added to Hardware Purchases
If you use NYSE colocation space at the Mahwah Data Center and buy hardware through FIDS' procurement service, FIDS will add a 10% service fee to the procurement specialist's fees. You would pay FIDS, and FIDS would forward the specialist's fee to the procurement specialist while retaining the 10% service fee.

Voluntary, Non-Discriminatory Convenience Option
The proposed hardware procurement and managed services would be voluntary and offered to any potential User on a non-discriminatory basis in the Mahwah Data Center. If you do not want to pay FIDS' 10% service fee, you can instead contract directly with third-party vendors or specialists.
