If you send an order marked “Regular Hours Only” (RHO) to 24X National Exchange before 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time or after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, the Exchange will reject that order. Traders must enter RHO orders during the Core Market Session (9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET) to avoid rejections. The rule change does not create any new fees or charges.
