Two family control groups (the Schneider Family Control Group and the Schmalz Family Control Group) have applied to acquire voting shares of EWSB Bancorp, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire voting shares of East Wisconsin Savings Bank in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Interested persons in Wisconsin may submit comments to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago or the Board by October 2, 2025.

Trust Retains Illinois Bank Shares

The EDK 2011 Family Trust (Jason C. Knight, trustee) has filed to join the EDK Family Control Group to retain voting shares of Banterra Corp and thereby retain voting shares of Banterra Bank in Marion, Illinois. Comments on this retention may be submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis or the Board and must be received by October 2, 2025.
