Fee Assessed at Month Start

The Monthly Membership Fee is assessed to Members who are 'active' at the close of business on the first business day of each month (e.g., October 1, 2025 for October).

No Proration of Monthly Fee

The Monthly Membership Fee will not be prorated; Members assessed the fee for a month pay the full $200 regardless of when during that month they became active.

Exemption While Voluntary Termination Is Pending

If a Member has a voluntary termination of rights pending under Exchange Rule 2.8 and does not use the Exchange's facilities while that termination is pending, the Member will not be obligated to pay the Monthly Membership Fee.
