Analyzed Economic Effects

3 provisions identified: 3 benefits, 0 costs, 0 mixed.

Main Hotline Replaced by Client Portal

If you use DTC services, DTC will stop listing the main hotline 1-888-382-2721 in its procedures and instead direct you to the DTCC Client Center web portal (https://www.dtcc.com/client-center). The new phone numbers were published on the Client Center in June 2025, and DTC will keep the main phone number active until it is decommissioned at the end of 2026.

Updated Links and Information Sources

DTC updated several outdated hyperlinks in eight service guides and its Operational Arrangements so participants can reach current web pages more directly. DTC will also change where or from whom certain information is obtained or provided (for example, directing Participants to a relationship manager, a specific email address, a web page, or a transfer agent for forms like SBA Form 1088).

No Expected Cost or Competitive Burden

DTC states the proposed updates simply clarify directional information and should not impose costs or have a significant competitive impact on Participants. The changes were filed September 8, 2025 and would be implemented upon filing.
