Cash Deposit Instruction Revised
If you import multilayered wood flooring from the People’s Republic of China, Commerce amended cash deposit instructions for certain producers/exporters covering January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The Federal Register correction fixes the spelling of Dalian Shengyu Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., a producer/exporter for which Commerce is revising its cash deposit instruction. Importers should follow the amended instructions to ensure the correct cash deposit is applied to entries.
