Amended CVD rates for named exporters

On September 11, 2025, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final judgment tied to the 2017 review (January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017). As a result, the Department of Commerce is amending the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Jiangsu Senmao Bamboo and Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Riverside Plywood Corporation and its cross-owned affiliate Baroque Timber Industries (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd., and the non-selected companies under review.

No change for Jiangsu Guyu

Commerce is not amending the countervailable subsidy rate that was assigned to Jiangsu Guyu International Trading Co., Ltd. in the administrative review covering January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, following the Court's September 11, 2025 judgment.
