MDC Port Monthly Fee Increases
If you purchase network ports in the NYSE Mahwah Data Center (MDC), your monthly recurring port fees will increase by between 9.1% and 11.1% effective January 1, 2026. New monthly charges will be: 1 Gb IP Network — $2,750 (was $2,500); 10 Gb IP + 10 Gb NMS — $12,000 (was $11,000); 40 Gb IP + 40 Gb NMS — $20,000 (was $18,000); 10 Gb LCN + 10 Gb NMS and 40 Gb LCN + 40 Gb NMS — $24,000 (was $22,000). Operative Date Gives Notice to Users
The Exchange filed the fee change on September 18, 2025 and made it immediately effective upon filing, but it delayed the operative date so the new monthly port prices take effect on January 1, 2026. This delay is intended to give market participants time to prepare for the higher monthly charges.
