Higher Mahwah data-center port fees
If you are a market participant that buys colocation ports in the Mahwah Data Center, the Exchange will raise monthly recurring port fees by about 9.1% to 11.1% starting January 1, 2026. Examples: 1 Gb IP monthly goes from $2,500 to $2,750; 10 Gb IP+NMS monthly from $11,000 to $12,000; 40 Gb IP+NMS monthly from $18,000 to $20,000; LCN+NMS monthly from $22,000 to $24,000.
Initial port setup charges unchanged
The Exchange will not change the one-time initial charges for ports even as monthly fees rise; initial charges remain, for example, $2,500 for a 1 Gb circuit, $10,000 for 10/40 Gb IP circuits, and $15,000 for LCN circuits. This status remains in effect when the monthly price changes become operative on January 1, 2026.
