24X Data Added to EDGX Rule

If you use or trade on EDGX, the Exchange will publicly state that it uses 24X National Exchange market data from the Consolidated Quotation System (CQS) / UTP Quotation Data Feed (UQDF) for order handling, routing, execution, and related compliance processes. This update is written into Rule 13.4(a) to reflect 24X Exchange's operation beginning September 29, 2025.

Rule Change Effective Immediately

The SEC waived the usual 30-day delay and made EDGX's proposed amendment to Rule 13.4(a) operative upon filing (filed September 22, 2025). That immediate effectiveness allows EDGX to publicly reflect the inclusion of 24X Exchange data without waiting 30 days.
