EDGA Adds 24X Data to Public Disclosures
EDGA updated Rule 13.4(a) to state it will utilize 24X National Exchange market data from the Consolidated Quotation System (CQS)/UTP Quotation Data Feed (UQDF) for order handling, order routing, order execution, and related compliance processes. The change was filed September 22, 2025 and is intended to reflect 24X Exchange operation beginning September 29, 2025.
Change Effective Immediately Upon Filing
The Commission waived the usual 30-day operative delay and designated EDGA's proposed amendment operative upon filing on September 22, 2025. EDGA said no extra costs or delays are expected from the change.
