FERC opens rate review for Oregon Clean Energy
If you buy electricity from Oregon Clean Energy, LLC, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has opened a formal Section 206 investigation to decide whether the company's Rate Schedule is unjust, unreasonable, unduly discriminatory or preferential. If the Commission orders refunds, those refunds are effective from the date this notice was published in the Federal Register (October 3, 2025).
21-day deadline to intervene in the docket
If you want to be heard in Docket No. EL25-116-000, you must file a notice of intervention or a motion to intervene within 21 days of the date the order was issued (the order was issued September 29, 2025).
