Public-activated 300 cfs Twin Falls Flows

Idaho Power proposes changing Article 410 so that the 300 cubic feet per second (cfs) aesthetic flows over Twin Falls would be started by a public control button at the Twin Falls overlook. The flows could be initiated any time from 8:00 a.m. to 30 minutes after sunset April 1 through August 31 (every day) and the same hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays September 1 through March 31; once initiated the 300 cfs flow would be maintained until 30 minutes after sunset that day, and if no viewer initiates flows before that time, no flows would occur that day.
