New USPS Negotiated Shipping Contracts
The U.S. Postal Service filed requests with the Postal Regulatory Commission to add new domestic Negotiated Service Agreements (special shipping contracts) for Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select. These filings were submitted between October 31, 2025 and November 6, 2025 (dockets MC2026-73 through MC2026-87) and are expected to give businesses new shipping options starting November 2025 that may lower their shipping costs.
