The U.S. Postal Service filed to add a new Competitive "Fulfillment Standardized Distinct Product" called PM-GA Contract 915 (Docket Nos. MC2026-91 and K2026-92). The filing was accepted on November 12, 2025 and will be reviewed in a summary proceeding under 39 CFR 3041.325; under 39 CFR 3041.405(c)-(d) the Commission will not appoint a Public Representative or request public comment for such summary proceedings.
