Northwest Pipeline plans to install about 6.75 miles of 12-inch looping pipeline and modify facilities in Uinta County, Wyoming (Ryckman Creek Loop Project). The Project will enable an incremental 30,278 dekatherms per day (Dth/day) of firm transportation capacity and provide a total of 50,500 Dth/day from the Stanfield receipt point in Umatilla County, Oregon to delivery points in Sweetwater County, Wyoming; estimated cost is $14,680,838.
Project may be automatically authorized if unopposed
If no protest is filed by the January 12, 2026 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time deadline, or if a filed protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time for filing a protest, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the protest deadline. If a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time, the Commission will consider the request.
Public can file protests and intervene
Any person may file a protest, a motion to intervene, or comments about the project at no cost. The deadline for protests, motions to intervene, and comments is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on January 12, 2026, and intervenors have the right to request rehearing and to challenge Commission orders in the U.S. Courts of Appeal.
