Five-year exemption for airport jet-fuelers

Atlantic Aviation Orlando asked FMCSA for a 5-year exemption to let four of its jet-fueler straight trucks (units JT-01, JT-03, JT-04, and JT-07) discharge exhaust forward of the cab while operating on public roads during escorted movements at Orlando International Airport. These trucks travel about a one-mile round trip between 9245 Tradeport Drive and the Airport Fuel facilities at 3800 Express Street. FMCSA is taking public comments on the request through December 24, 2025.
