New VA Priority Processing Form
VA is introducing VA Form 20-10207 (Priority Processing Request, OMB Control No. 2900-NEW) so veterans can ask VA to fast-track claims when they have special circumstances or an urgent need. The form will be used to identify claims for priority processing and for reporting and outreach. Comments on this collection are due January 23, 2026.

There is no cost to veterans for using the Priority Processing Request form, so veterans can request expedited claim handling without paying a fee. The form is intended for individuals or households filing such requests.
