ICE is reinstating the IMAGE Self-Assessment Questionnaire without changes. The agency estimates 66 responses at 90 minutes (1.5 hours) per response for a total annual burden of 99 hours, and says no new costs are expected. Comments on the collection are accepted through December 24, 2025.

Participation is voluntary, not mandatory
