Contractors Will Access TSCA CBI

Starting no sooner than December 2, 2025, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and its subcontractors CompTech and Gridiron IT Solutions will be given access to information submitted to EPA under all sections of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), including material claimed or determined to be Confidential Business Information (CBI). That access will continue until February 27, 2027, and will continue for the duration of any contract extension without further notice.

CBI Access Requires Security Safeguards

Before getting access, GDIT, CompTech, and Gridiron personnel must sign nondisclosure agreements, be briefed on appropriate security procedures, and access CBI only on a need-to-know basis in accordance with EPA's TSCA CBI Protection Manual; access will occur at EPA Headquarters and the GDIT site in Falls Church, VA.
