I-515A Form Kept As-Is

If you are an international student (F-1 or M-1), an exchange visitor (J-1), or a dependent (F-2, M-2, J-2) admitted as a nonimmigrant and missing required documents, you will continue to receive Form I-515A telling you which documents to provide to the DHS Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) within 30 days of admission. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is extending the Form I-515A information collection without change, saying there are no new costs or extra paperwork. ICE estimates 1,200 respondents at 25 minutes (.416 hours) per response for a total of 500 annual burden hours, and it is accepting public comments through December 26, 2025.
