USPS filed new negotiated mail deals
The U.S. Postal Service filed requests (accepted November 21, 2025) to add or modify Competitive negotiated service agreements (NSAs) such as Priority Mail Contract 948 and Priority Mail/USPS Ground Advantage Contract 1460. These filings may change prices or services for users of competitive mailing options.
Open public comment for two dockets
Two Postal Service filings (Docket Nos. MC2026-113/K2026-113 and MC2026-115/K2026-115) are in public proceedings and the Commission invites public comments. Comments for those dockets are due December 3, 2025, and a Public Representative has been appointed for each proceeding.
Some new products reviewed without public comment
Two requests to add standardized distinct fulfillment products (PM-GA Contract 929 and PM-GA Contract 930) were accepted November 21, 2025 and are being reviewed in summary proceedings. For these summary proceedings (Docket Nos. MC2026-114/K2026-114 and MC2026-116/K2026-116), the Commission will not request public comment and will not appoint a Public Representative.
