Public comment window for pesticide uses
EPA is asking for public comments on applications to register new uses of currently registered pesticide active ingredients. Comments must be received on or before December 31, 2025, and must be submitted at https://www.regulations.gov using the docket ID shown in Unit II. Do not submit Confidential Business Information (CBI) electronically; follow EPA's CBI instructions if you need to submit protected information.
Fluazaindolizine use request for fruit and nuts
EPA received an application from Corteva Agriscience, LLC on September 2, 2025 to register a product with active ingredient fluazaindolizine (product type: nematicide) for proposed uses on almond hulls, strawberry, small vine climbing fruits (except fuzzy kiwifruit), raisins, cherry subgroup 12-12A, orange subgroup 10-10A, lemon/lime subgroup 10-10B, grapefruit subgroup 10-10C, and tree nuts group 14-12.
