Low power television and television translator stations may propose Distributed Transmission System (DTS) operations by filing an application for a construction permit for a minor modification using FCC Form 2100, Schedule C under new section 74.720. The Commission adopted the related rule changes on January 19, 2021, and this information collection supports that authority.
