Marijuana or Illegal Income Blocks Loan Guarantees
If your organization gets income from marijuana operations or any other illegal drug, drug paraphernalia, or illegal activity, you are not eligible for USDA guaranteed loans. This rule applies to guaranteed loans for Community Facilities, Water and Waste Disposal, Business and Industry, and Rural Energy for America (REAP) and is confirmed in Sec. 5001.127 effective November 29, 2024.
