If your firm is a futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, introducing broker, retail foreign exchange dealer, swap dealer, or major swap participant, you remain treated as a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and must follow CFTC Part 160 privacy rules.
