One-Month ORF Waiver
NYSE Arca will not charge the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF) from December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The waiver means OTP Holders and their clearing firms will not be assessed the per-contract ORF for options that clear in the Customer range during that month.
ORF Rate Cut Starting Jan 1, 2026
Starting January 1, 2026, NYSE Arca will lower the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF) from $0.0038 per contract to $0.0026 per contract. The reduced rate will apply to options transactions assessed under the ORF (transactions that clear in the Customer range at the OCC) when the Exchange resumes assessing the fee.
