Electronic In‑School Verification Introduced
If you are a program participant, HRSA modernized the Enrollment Verification form and renamed it In‑School Verification so participants can verify enrollment electronically. HRSA estimates 1,275 respondents will submit this form 4 times each (5,100 responses) at 0.10 hours per response for a total annual burden of 510 hours.

HRSA estimates total annualized burden hours for these collections as follows: NHSC Scholarship Program — 17,358.75 hours; NHSC Students to Service LRP — 1,925.35 hours; Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program (NHHSP) — 660.00 hours.
New Proof of Citizenship and Essay Forms
If you apply to the NHSC Scholarship Program (SP) or the NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (S2S LRP), you must now submit a Proof of Citizenship document and an essay. For the NHSC SP this applies to 3,100 applicants (Proof of Citizenship = 0.20 hours each; Essay = 1.00 hour each). For the NHSC S2S LRP this applies to 348 applicants (Proof of Citizenship = 0.10 hours each; Essay = 1.00 hour each).
No Form Changes for Native Hawaiian Program
If you apply to the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program (NHHSP), HRSA is not changing or adding any forms or documentation for that program as part of this submission.
