Electronic System Pre-fills Reports
If you are a Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) grant recipient, HRSA now uses an electronic grantee contract management system (GCMS) that automatically prepopulates data for the Allocations Report so you can upload or enter data year-round. HRSA says this reduces duplicate reporting and lowers recipient paperwork burden, and the revision package estimates a decline of 268 burden hours.
Allocations and Expenditures Reporting Required
RWHAP recipients (Parts A, B, C, D) must continue to submit an Allocations Report at the start of their grant budget period and an Expenditures Report at the end. Parts A and B recipients funded under the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative must also report EHE Allocations and Expenditures so HRSA can track progress toward EHE goals.
Estimated Annual Reporting Time and Form Breakdown
HRSA estimates total annualized burden for these reports of 2,300 hours. The notice lists per-form estimates: Part A (52 respondents × 2 hours = 104 hours), Part B (54 × 6 = 324 hours), Part B Supplemental (33 × 2 = 66 hours), Part C (346 × 3 = 1,038 hours), Part D (116 × 5 = 580 hours), and EHE (47 × 4 = 188 hours).
