MIAX delays AIS feed origin-code launch
MIAX will delay adding an "origin code" to liquidity-seeking event notifications in its Administrative Information Subscriber (AIS) market data feed until the second quarter of 2026. The delay is intended to give the Exchange and its Members more time to complete technical changes before the new data appears.
45‑day advance notice before launch
Before turning on the new origin-code functionality, MIAX will issue a Regulatory Circular notifying market participants at least 45 days before implementation. That notice will tell Members when the Exchange plans to start sending the new origin code.
No fee changes tied to the delay
The filing states that no extra costs or changes in fees are happening now as a result of delaying the AIS feed change. MIAX says delaying implementation does not impose undue burden on competition and will apply equally to all Members.
