Supports Small Business Procurement Goals

The Supplier Registration Form helps the OCC build a database of interested small businesses and, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration, supports the OCC's annual small business contracting goals. The OCC says the collection helps ensure maximum participation of small business concerns in its procurement process.

Chance to Comment by Feb 23, 2026

If you work with the OCC as a supplier, you can submit comments on the Supplier Registration Form by February 23, 2026. Send comments referencing OMB Control No. 1557-0316 by email, mail, fax, or hand delivery; comments will be published on www.reginfo.gov and become part of the public record.

Estimated Paperwork Time Burden

The OCC estimates 100 respondents will use the Supplier Registration Form, with an estimated burden of 10 minutes per response and a total annual burden of 17 hours. If you are a supplier, completing the form is expected to take about 10 minutes each time.

Form Classification Format Change

The OCC is changing the format of the business classification information on the Supplier Registration Form. The OCC says this revision will not impact suppliers' ability to provide business classification information or to continue submitting expressions of interest in doing business with the agency.
