Army Exchange Benefit Info Collection Continues

If you are an Exchange associate, former associate (retiree), or a dependent/beneficiary/spouse/ex‑spouse, the Army will keep collecting information to manage your benefits, pay, and retirement entitlements. The collection covers 10,530 respondents, uses Exchange Forms 1450-011 and 1700-012 (OMB Control Number 0702-0139), takes about 20 minutes per response, and is voluntary. You can comment on this collection until January 28, 2026.
